User Agreement
Please read these User Agreement, together with all the policies and procedures, guidelines, which all together referred as the “Agreement”, carefully before using this website (https://tanqpay.com), the Android and IOS mobile applications (“Apps”), and online services (“Services”) provided via the Website, Apps.
The Agreement form contractual arrangements between a user of the Website and Apps (the “Client”, “you”, “your”) and the operator of the Website and Apps:
Tanq Finance Inc., a company duly incorporated in Canada, Ontario, registered office: 2020 WINSTON PARK DR, SUITE 200-02, OAKVILLE, ONTARIO, L6H 6X7, which is duly registered as a Money Service Business with the FINTRAC, as well as performs the payment function as determined under the Retail Payment Activities Act of Canada (“Tanq”).
Tanq and a user are hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”, and separately – as the “Party”.
The Agreement apply to all individuals, legal entities who access or use the Website, Apps and/or Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to accept and comply with all terms. If you disagree, you should immediately cease using the Website and delete the Apps.
1. DEFINITIONS

| Applicable Laws | All laws, regulations, and guidelines of Canada and Ontario applicable to the Services. |
| KYC / AML | Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering procedures as per FINTRAC regulations. |
| Platform | Collectively refers to the Website (tanqpay.com) and the mobile Apps. |
2. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the full capacity to enter into a legally binding contract. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

18. ABUSIVE LANGUAGE AND BEHAVIOR POLICY
18.1. Tanq is committed to providing a respectful and safe environment for all users and staff. Abusive language and behavior are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, profanity, derogatory language, harassment, threats, or personal attacks.
18.4. Penalties for Abuse:
If abusive language is used during a support request, Tanq reserves the right to discontinue the conversation and restrict access:
- First instance: Access restricted for 24 hours.
- Subsequent instances: Access restricted for a duration determined by internal policies.
18.5. Tanq retains the right to report abusive behavior to authorized authorities and remove any content that violates community guidelines. If you come across any instances of abusive behavior, please promptly notify us. We treat such reports with utmost seriousness.
